Welcome to AppScreenshots.ai ("Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Quick One B.V. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as AppScreenshots.ai. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. The Service
AppScreenshots.ai is a web-based platform that allows users to design professional App Store and Google Play screenshots. Users upload their app screen captures, select styles, and the Service produces store-ready marketing visuals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not available in jurisdictions subject to U.S. export restrictions or trade sanctions.
3. Account
3.1 Registration
To use the Service you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.2 One Account Per User
Each individual may maintain only one account. Sharing credentials with others is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts created with false or duplicate information.
4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
4.1 Plans
We offer subscription plans and credit-based purchases. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website. We may change pricing at any time with at least 30 days' prior notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file.
4.3 Credits
Credits are a virtual currency used to design screenshots within the Service. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Unused credits do not carry over between subscription periods unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar levies imposed by your jurisdiction.
4.5 Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.
5. Your Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including app screenshots, icons, descriptions, and other materials.
5.2 License You Grant Us
By uploading User Content, you grant AppScreenshots.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, and distribute your User Content for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and improving the Service
- Training, developing, and enhancing our machine-learning models and algorithms
- Generating aggregated, anonymized analytics and benchmarks
- Complying with legal obligations
This license survives termination of your account with respect to aggregated or de-identified data and any model weights or improvements derived from User Content. For all other purposes, the license ends when you delete your User Content, subject to reasonable backup and caching delays.
5.3 Output Content
Screenshots and other visuals produced by the Service ("Output Content") are yours to use for any lawful purpose, subject to these Terms. We do not claim ownership of Output Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Output Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
5.4 Content Restrictions
You must not upload or submit content that:
- Infringes any intellectual property or proprietary rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or promotes violence or discrimination
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Contains personal or confidential information of others without authorization
5.5 Content Monitoring
We are not obligated to monitor User Content but reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to content that violates these Terms. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
6. Our Intellectual Property
The Service — including its design, software, models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by AppScreenshots.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited license described in Section 7.
7. License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Sublicense, resell, rent, or lease access to the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Service
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our written permission
- Overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Service in a way that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
- Exploit the Service for purposes it was not designed for, including attempts to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer our models or training data
- Abuse free-tier offerings, promotional credits, or referral programs
Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@appscreenshots.ai. If you have an active subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination your license to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your account data and User Content. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5.2, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14) will survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that defects will be corrected; or that the Output Content will be accurate, suitable for any particular use, or free of third-party intellectual property claims.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppScreenshots.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You acknowledge that this limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the agreement between you and us, and the Service would not be provided without it.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppScreenshots.ai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any damage caused by your Output Content or the way you use it
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@appscreenshots.ai and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
13.3 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.4 Class Action Waiver
You and AppScreenshots.ai agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
14. General
14.1 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AppScreenshots.ai regarding the Service.
14.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
14.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
