Terms of use

These terms are between you and Quick One B.V. (“we”), the company behind AppScreenshots.ai at appscreenshots.ai. They describe how the service works. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AppScreenshots designs marketing screenshots for the App Store and Google Play from screen captures you upload. You choose a size, a direction, and the copy. The service can plan a set of frames that share one campaign, or generate a single frame. You download the images and upload them to the store yourself. Output can be wrong. You review it before you ship it.

Access

Creating screenshots requires an account. Sign in with Google or GitHub and you can create an app and generate.

You need to be able to form a contract. Do not use the service if you are under 18. You are responsible for the login on your account.

Credits and payment

Generation spends credits. A frame costs 10 credits when it finishes quickly, and more when rendering takes longer, up to 30 credits for that frame. A new account receives 60 starter credits once, the first time it is set up. Credit packs, when offered, are sold inside the product. The price is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by RevenueCat. We do not store your card number. Credits are not cash, and you cannot transfer them to someone else, except that a collaborator on your app spends your credits when they generate. If a charge looks wrong, email support@appscreenshots.ai. Where consumer law gives you a refund right, that right still applies.

Your content

You keep ownership of the captures, icons, and text you upload. You confirm you have the rights to upload them and to have us process them. Generated images are yours to download and use. You are responsible for what you submit to Apple, Google, or anyone else, including headlines the model wrote.

You give us permission to host those files, show them back to you and your collaborators, and send them to the generation providers (Google Gemini, and xAI when that provider is configured) so we can produce the images. That permission is for operating the service. It ends for a given file when that file is deleted, apart from copies already sent to a provider under their own terms.

Do not upload malware, or material you do not have rights to, or material that is unlawful. We may remove content or close an account that is used that way.

Collaborators

If you invite someone to an app, they can view, edit, upload, and generate for that app. Generation uses your credits. You can remove them. We email invitations to the address you enter.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• break into the service or anyone else's account
• overload it, or scrape it, except what a normal browser does
• resell access or present the service as your own product
• try to extract the models or the prompts that run the product
• abuse starter credits, including by creating accounts to collect the starter balance more than once

The product itself

The site, the software, the logo, and the way the generator is prompted belong to Quick One B.V. or its licensors. These terms do not give you that. They give you a right to use the service while your account is in good standing.

Closing an account

You can delete your account from profile settings. That deletes the login and the stored files we match to the account, including uploads and generated images. You can also email support@appscreenshots.ai. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to for legal reasons. If we shut the service down, we will say so by email to the address on the account when we have one.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. Generation can fail, be slow, or produce a frame you do not want. We do not promise store approval, uptime, or that a headline is accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales from a store listing. Our liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim, or nothing if you have not paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Dutch or European law does not let us limit, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights you have as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If a dispute is not settled by email to support@appscreenshots.ai, the courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, without taking away a right you have as a consumer to go to a court in your own country.

If a clause cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. The privacy policy explains the data the service handles.
