How it works
Captures in. A store set out.
AppScreenshots is a design step after you already have screens. It plans headlines and renders marketing frames.
01
Add the app
Start from a public App Store or Play Store URL, or enter the app by hand. A store link is read for listing text: name, description, and related metadata. You can also create the app without a listing, with a name and a description of at least 80 characters.
02
Upload the captures
Export screens from a device or a simulator and upload those images. The generator uses the uploads. Store images pulled in with a listing stay on the app for reference. Phone captures stay on phone output. Tablet captures stay on tablet output.
03
Choose a set, or one frame
A set is the usual job: an optional opening frame, one frame for each capture you select, and an optional closing frame. The opening frame is on by default. The closing frame is off until you turn it on. You can also generate a single frame. Headlines are written in the language you pick, and you can edit them. Styles can vary by frame, inside one campaign look.
04
Pick the store size
Choose iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet. Portrait is the common case. Landscape is available where that device family has a landscape slot. Defaults follow common large-phone sizes: 1290×2796 for iPhone, and 1344×2992 for Android phone. Other sizes in each family are in the product.
05
Generate, then download
Each frame spends credits. A fast frame costs 10 credits. Slower frames cost more, up to 30. A set costs at least 10 credits times the number of frames. When a frame is ready you download it. You upload the files to App Store Connect or the Play Console.
What stays with you
You reorder captures, edit headlines, and pick the size. Collaborators you invite can upload and generate on that app, using the owner's credits.
